Hi, I'm JEFF your Journey Excited Film Fanatic. I love visiting the actual locations many of my favourite movies were actually shot.

This website aims to provide you with Maps and Directions of famous filming locations, giving you the ability to go and see these locations for yourself. The website has been around now for just over a year, we currently have 133 Movies/TV Shows in our database with a combined total of 285 filming locations for you to visit. Each location includes a map, an address and a link to see the filming location in Google Earth if you have it installed on your Computer.

Lastly we've got the request board on our discussion forums. You can use this page to request movie location details for your favourite movie. Just fill in the form, once I've got an answer I'll email you back! That's enough of me, hope you enjoy the site!

No Country For Old Men - Motel Location

What better way to celebrate Oscar season than to visit some locations used in Oscar Nominated Films! Just added is one of the motels featured in No Country For Old Men. Still working on the other motels, if you know where they were filmed feel free to add them via our discussion forum.

I Am Legend Filming Locations

It's been a while but I'm back! Had a lot on my plate recently but back again with more free time to watch movies and update this site!

I saw I Am Legend over Christmas which I enjoyed (apart from the ropey CGI of course). Instantly recognised several New York Filming Locations so here's to the first (of many) updates in 2008!

6th September - No More Moondance Diner!

Just in New York at the moment and found out the Moondance Diner which featured in Spider-man as the diner where MJ worked and in the TV Show Friends as the 50's diner where Monica worked is now gone!

The land has been sold and they're building high rise apartments there. The diner itself has also been sold seperatly and has already left the grounds :(

I never got the chance to visit personally, but hopefully some of you did. You can discuss your experiences of the Moondance Diner in our discussion forums.

8th August - I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry

I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry Filming Locations

I haven't seen I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry myself yet, but hoping it's still in the cinema when I visit New York at the end of the month.

I'll be adding a couple more New York locations over the next couple of weeks in anticipation of my trip. Then when I return will be uploading some new photos of the filming locations I visited while there.
