Hagrid takes Harry Potter to Gringotts Bank so he can withdraw some money to buy his school supplies. This scene was filmed inside Australia House which isn't usually open to the public. However, you should be able to see inside through the main door.

Turn left and left again out of Temple Tube Station and walk up Arundel Steet, At the top you'll See Australia House to your left opposite the pelican crossing.
