Unfortunatly for us we don't see Rocky run up the steps in this film, instead he tries starting a fight with loud-mouthed Clubber Lang during his retirement announcement.

New Home to The Rocky Statue
Well it was there, then moved, then moved again, then in storage, now it's nearly there but not quite. The Rocky Statue after years of petitioning has now finally found it's way back to the Art Museum. It's not located at the top of the steps, but at the bottom of the steps to the right (as you approach the museum).
