After Spidey's battle in "Times Square" with the Green Goblin, he saves Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst) and sweeps her away through the New York skyscrapers to this picturesque roof top garden. The Garden is on top of the Rockerfeller Center and is unfortunately no longer open to the public. However you can see the garden from The Top of the Rock observation deck if you look down and east. The church in the background of the shot is St Patrick's Cathedral.
