Filming Locations Title

Notting Hill was surprisingly filmed mostly in Notting Hill, London. However some other locations in London were also used.

Address: Portobello Road Market, 79 Portobello Road, Notting Hill, London, England, United Kingdom

In this opening scene we see Hugh Grant walking down Portobello Road Market. The pin point on our map shows the location of The Duke Of Wellington Public House which is the first recognisable landmark we see in that scene.

The House with the blue door is of course Hugh Grants house in the film. However, the owners didn't like the attention gathered from having their home featured in a major motion picture and so now looks nothing like it does in the film. It's now been painted black and has a different door surrounding.
